I am so glad that you found out about this beautiful place right in Maple Grove. The flyer did its job of getting the word out about the the Angel of Hope. Thank you for your interest.

I just recently heard about this when I recieved a flyer in the mail from the new Maple Grove Hospital. -I have lived in Maple Grove for 15 years and didn't even know there was an arboreatum here, let alone this wonderful dedication. I'm glad I finally learned about it!

We were looking for a way to remember our friend & sister. We bought a brick at Como Park but wanted one somewhere else, too. I searched the internet for "Memorial Bricks MN" and found the Angel of Hope. As a parent who has lost a child, I felt like I should have known about this statue all along. We bought a brick for our friend and will be buying one for our daughter next year. The Angel of Hope has a message that most other memorial locations don't - that it's ok to be there to grieve the loss of your loved one, to remember...not just to set it in stone and be done with it. We look forward to having lots of gatherings at the Angel of Hope.

I've know abouy Angel of Hope through the MN SIDS Center ever since my baby passed. Every year I seem to miss the Candle Light, so this year will be me FIRST! And I'm very excited!!! My daughter Brianna (Saphie's big sister) is very excited as well!! Please feel free to chat or add me as a friend! I could use more friends that really understand how life can change by the second.... meaning one day is peachy king and other days are just blah.....
